Sibiu, Cultural Capital of Europe in 2007, is a popular tourist attraction of Romania. We recommend the following sites to visit, albeit this is a very short list:

"Pr. Zosim Oancea" Museum of Icons on Glass in Sibiel

The "Pr. Zosim Oancea" Icons on Glass Museum, establish in 1969 has become, through public donations the largest museum for icons on glass. The museum holds an important collection of icons on glass and wood support, traditional furniture, pottery and old books.

The "Holy Trinity" church in Sibiel was declared historical site in 1924. It dates from the XVIII th  century, and its paintings were created between 1774-1775 by the renowned painter Stan.
